It is our policy to offer every shipped product a 30 day money back guarantee after purchase. Some items may have a longer guarantee policy and will be noted on the specific product page. In order to obtain a refund you must notify us via email or phone call within the refund period. All shipped products must be returned in very good condition, completely in tact and in resale condition.
Cancellation of Membership
Cancellation of monthly memberships must be made at least 2 days before monthly renewal date to avoid charges. Refunds will be given up to 10 days following the membership renewal date.
6 month and 1 year memberships will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Refunds will be processed with in 7 days of approval and will be posted to the account that was used to purchase the item.
